Nothing too crazy here, we make every effort to process and send out orders on the same day. However, there are instances where it might take us a maximum of 3 business days to ship coffee if we need to roast fresh batches specifically for your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. It's important to keep in mind that if you place an order on a Friday, the chosen courier may not offer shipping or delivery services on weekends.

Delivery Edmonton City Limits and St Albertā€‹

If you reside in an apartment building, condo, or any location with specific entry requirements, kindly include delivery instructions in the note section.

Shipping in Canada

We offer shipping services through Canada Post, UPS, ICS Courier, Purolator, and FedEx for deliveries within Canada.

ā€‹

For orders totaling $150.00 or more, we provide free shipping across Canada. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

 

Transit times are approximate and not guaranteed:

  • Alberta: 2-4 business days

  • British Columbia and Saskatchewan: 3-6 business days

  • Manitoba and Ontario: 4-8 business days

  • Quebec and the Maritime provinces: 5-10 business days

  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: 4-12 business daysā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹

 

Shipping to USA

We offer shipping services to the United States primarily using UPS and Canada Post. When using Canada Post, your parcel will be handed over to USPS, and you can track it using both Canada Post and USPS tracking systems.

The typical transit time for deliveries to the USA is approximately 4-9 business days. If you require expedited shipping, we provide express options through UPS and DHL at an additional cost.

Please be aware that any customs and duty fees, if imposed by the US Customs Service, are your responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen delays caused by the courier companies. However, should any issues arise, we will make our best effort to assist you.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

We make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, if you encounter any issues or receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@dotacafe.com. This allows us to promptly address the situation and find a solution for you.

Please note that any shipping issues resulting from incorrect customer-provided information cannot be absorbed by our business. In such cases, any re-shipping fees required will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled before we can ship the package again.

We utilize third-party logistic services such as Canada Post, ICS, UPS, and Purolator for shipping.

Once your package departs from our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may happen during transit, including packages containing liquids. If you encounter any issues like delays or damages caused by the logistic companies, we kindly ask for your patience and request that you inform us at info@dotacafe.com.

We are here to support you by filing a report and working together to resolve any issues you may encounter. However, please be aware that once an order has been shipped from our facility or a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to provide the order directly to a customer who visits us in person.
